  2. Great information.  I like how simply you laid out the comparisons and key differences along with advice about how the ball tends to respond.  I typically purchase Titleist so the DT TrueSoft is something I’d like to try for a few rounds even though it may cost more than the others.  As long as I can keep them out of the rough and trees more reliably, it’ll be worth it!  I’ll keep an eye out for more of your evaluations and really appreciate the clear assessment!  Nice clean layout and easy navigation of the post as well by the way with no pop-ups and annoying distractions.  Keep up the great work!

  3. I was in the market for some new golf balls, thank you for this comparison to help me out. I’ve always been a big fan of Calloway balls, I’m leaning towards them. Which one is your favorite? I can’t wait to get a new set and head out to the course! Thank you again for the help!

    • I love Titleist golf balls and will always but I haven’t played them in years.  For one I don’t golf enough and two they are not cheap.  I tend to go toward a Bridgestone golf ball.  Tiger Woods now uses them even though that’s not why a friend got me hooked on the cheapest one’s can’t think of the name right now.  Good luck golfing and hit em straight.

      Thank you

  4. I had no idea there was such a difference in the performance of different golf balls! That the dimple count matters is mind-blowing. My grandpa enjoys golf from time to time and he is always losing the balls. He jokes about it, but I think one of the balls with fluorescent coloring might be just right for him. I always thought the iron was what made golf easier or more difficult. I’ll have to ask him about that. It seems like the Titleist DT Trusoft would be the best option. Christmas is around the corner, so I’ll see if he’s interested. Thanks for sharing!
